About the position

We have an opening for the role as a Business Development Manager to join our international Business Development team where you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and building and developing relationships with potential customers mainly on the Swedish market. 

Responsibilities and work tasks:

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities 

  • Research and analyse lead sources and sales options

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects as well as professional networks

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

  • Attend conferences and exhibitions

We believe that you have: 

  • Experience in driving sales processes, from lead generation to signed deals

  • Higher education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Experience may compensate for lack of formal education

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong spoken and written language skills in Swedish and English

  • Experience within People Technology

Personal skills:

  • Passionate about sales

  • Ability to change and adapt to new demands and expectations

  • Well-structured and quality focused attitude 

  • Team spirit and good communication skills 

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
