System Architect to cloud based solutions in Visma

We are now looking for a System Architect to Visma Product Development who will handle our market-leading systems within the Procurement area (Proceedo, Tendsign, Opic, CLM and more). The System Architect is a key person in our development organisation and will be responsible to drive the solution’s architecture with regards to quality, performance, structure and innovation. The major part of our systems today are cloud based microservices, the ambition is to move the rest in this direction.

Your role as System architect 

As a System Architect you will participate in all R&D activities including system engineering tasks, such as requirement gathering, concept modeling, system design and safety analysis. You will develop and be responsible for the overall  technical strategies, maintain a high level understanding of current and upcoming requirements for the system. You will also be a coach in helping teams making appropriate system and component level design decisions. Visma Product Development is included in Visma Group and we work in an international environment, closely with product managers, product owners and cross functional agile development teams, based in Stockholm, Linköping, Vilnius, Riga and Sibiu. 

Your profile

We think that candidates for this position have around 5-10 years of work experience within software engineering, highly interested in leading edge technology, tools and framework. You have a well-developed way of understanding and analyzing complex requirements to create a sustainable architecture and are capable of visualizing and communicating the vision to involved stakeholders. You are also used to agile ways of working, mastering English fully both in speech and writing and are comfortable in international environments.
