We offer an exciting role as Product manager which gives you the opportunity to grow and develop within the company. Visma is putting a lot of effort in further strengthening our position in the Nordics. The Product  Manager will be a strong contributor in ensuring that Visma meets the requirements of the future Public market in Sweden.

We expect you to be a visionary who can also get your hands dirty with the details to ensure real deliveries to customers. You are creative and analytical. You have a strong opinion, but have no problem changing it when presented with new information. You have a commercial mindset and ability to build relationships with both business and developers.

The Product manager will be a strong contributor in ensuring that that the products meets the market requirements for the FMS to public and large accounts. As our Product  manager you will be responsible for our FMS product ERP.


  • Responsible for products strategy and roadmap

  • Ensure that the product is competitive in the marketplace

  • Run stakeholder processes to collect market requirements and share information

  • Have in-sight in news and trends in the market

  • Responsible for the business model

  • Responsible for product profitability

  • Work out a product strategy for the public and large accounts segment to secure competitive products in line with market requirements.

  • Ensure that the business plan and product roadmaps are in line with the priorities of the overall strategy.

  • A key part of the job is to prioritize the product development projects in the roadmap

  • Engage in user forums and customer meetings to get a clear view about pains and also have in-sight in news and trends in the market.  

  • Communicate the value creations through our marketing resources.


  • Knowledge of FMS/ERP business processes and customer requirements

  • Minimum three years of higher education, i.e. in IT and / or Finance

  • Experience and  knowledge of the software industry

  • Commercial skills

  • Good understanding of technological success criteria within Cloud and SaaS

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, and both english and swedish.
